Requirements
The following requirements are in addition to everything already required by law;
- Interlinked smoke alarms (ideally mains wired but wireless acceptable)
- Carbon monoxide detector (in any room containing a gas/solid fuel burning appliance)
- Fire door to the kitchen
- Fire blanket in the kitchen
- Thumb turn lock fittings to the interior of all final exit doors
- Window restrictors or locks to all ground floor windows
- Valid Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) (5 year)
- Independent professional inventory to be completed prior to tenants moving in
