Requirements

The following requirements are in addition to everything already required by law;

• Interlinked smoke alarms (ideally mains wired but wireless acceptable)
• Carbon monoxide detector (in any room containing a gas/solid fuel burning appliance)
• Fire door to the kitchen
• Fire blanket in the kitchen
• Thumb turn lock fittings to the interior of all final exit doors
• Window restrictors or locks to all ground floor windows
• Valid Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) (5 year)
• Independent professional inventory to be completed prior to tenants moving in
