For simplicity, we offer two main services to landlords; a letting only service and a full management service. Depending on the size and diversity of your portfolio, we may be able to work with you to create a bespoke service.

We believe our fees are priced extremely competitively but discounts may be available to portfolio landlords. All fees include VAT.
We charge a fixed fee of 9% of the first years headline rent excluding any incentives (rent free period, stepped rent, etc). There is a minimum fee of £599 which is subject to change depending on the type, size and location of the property.
We charge 10% of the rent collected.
There is a charge of £120 per commercial board (a board is classed as two boards mounted flush or two boards mounted in a ‘V’ style). Further marketing materials such as banners, etc are available; prices vary depending on size/specification.
