For simplicity, we offer two main services to landlords; a letting only service and a full management service. Depending on the size and diversity of your portfolio, we may be able to work with you to create a bespoke service. Depending on the nature of your property/site, our management fees may be recoverable from your tenant(s) by the way of a service charge.

We believe our fees are priced extremely competitively but discounts may be available to portfolio landlords. All letting fees are payable upon success, no let, no fee!.
We charge a fixed fee of 9% inc. VAT (7.5% exc. VAT) of the first years headline rent excluding any incentives (rent free period, stepped rent, etc). There is a minimum fee of £599 inc. VAT (£499.16 exc. VAT) which is subject to change depending on the type, size and location of the property.
We charge 10% inc. VAT (8.33% exc. VAT) of the rent collected. Every time we have to find a new tenant, we charge a fixed fee of 9% inc. VAT (7.5% exc. VAT) of the first years headline rent excluding any incentives (rent free period, stepped rent, etc). There is a minimum fee of £599 inc. VAT (£499.16 exc. VAT) which is subject to change depending on the type, size and location of the property.
A standard residential size board (2' 8" x 2') is included in our fee. There is an additional charge of £72 inc. VAT (£60 exc. VAT) for a single, flush mounted, 3' x 4' commercial board or £144 inc. VAT (£120 exc. VAT) for two, 'V' mounted, 3' x 4' commercial boards. Further marketing materials such as banners, etc are available; prices vary depending on size/specification.
