Guarantor Application

As part of our application process, you will be thoroughly referenced by our referencing partner, Let Alliance. The referencing procedure will compromise of;

  • Credit check (covers adverse credit, CCJs, IVAs and bankruptcy)
  • Verification of your employment and income including any Government benefits that you may receive
  • Verification of home ownership (if applicable - not a requirement)

The monthly rent for the property is £0 which equals £0 per year. Your total annual income as a guarantor must be greater than £0 to pass our affordability checks.

If you don't own your home address but own another property/properties then please indicate the address(es) in the notes below.
Including any Government benefits you may receive.
For example; mechanic, hairdresser, butcher, etc.

Acceptable file types are png, jpg, jpeg, bmp, pdf, doc and docx. Maximum file size is 8 mb per file with an overall maxium of 38 mb for all files attached to the application.

An official document containing a photograph of you, normally your passport or driving licence. Please ensure the copy is legible and the whole document is visible. You will be required to bring the original with you on the day you sign your lease as we are required to check its authenticity
