Credit check (covers adverse credit, CCJs, IVAs and bankruptcy)
Verification of your employment and income including any Government benefits that you may receive
Verification of home ownership (if applicable - not a requirement)

The monthly rent for the property is £0 which equals £0 per year. Your total annual income as a guarantor must be greater than £0 to pass our affordability checks.
