Office
- Our office is open and appointments are no longer necessary. Please click here for our contact details
- We recommend that all visitors wear a mask and sanitise their hands when they enter but it is not mandatory
Social Interaction
- We are still practicing social distancing
- We are not shaking hands or performing any other form of close proximity greeting. Nothing personal! :)
- If you or someone in your household are experiencing Covid-19 symptoms, self-isolating, have recently been diagnosed with Covid-19 or have received a government letter advising you or someone in your household to practice shielding then please notify us immediately and follow the latest Government guidance
Appointments
Valuations
- Valuations are continuing as normal, our agents will sanitise their hands and offer to wear a mask.
Viewings
- Physical viewings conducted by our agency are continuing as normal, our agents will sanitise their hands and offer to wear a mask. Prior to a physical viewing you are required to watch the virtual tour (if available) and to submit an application to let if it's a lettings property or your proof of funds if it's a sales property. Viewings conducted by the landlord/vendor of a property are currently being assessed on a case by case basis. Viewings on tenanted properties are also being assessed on a case by case basis.
Mortgage Valuations & Surveys
- Mortgage valuations and surveys are continuing as normal, we are facilitating access for surveyors on behalf of our buyers.
Property Inspections
- Routine property inspections are continuing as normal but we will not physically visit your property. We will be conducting virtual inspections instead.
Development Inspections
- Routine development inspections are continuing as normal as normal, our agents will sanitise their hands and offer to wear a mask.
Development Cleaning
- Routine cleaning of the blocks/developments that we manage is continuing as normal on a case by case basis at the discretion of the occupiers.
Tenant Move-ins
- Tenant move-ins are continuing as normal.
Tenant Checkouts
- Tenant checkouts are continuing as normal.
Works/Maintenance & Certificate Renewals
- Contractor visits for works/maintenance are continuing as normal.
Sales
Offers
- We are negotiating offers on properties that we have for sale as normal.
Progression
- We are progressing sales to the best of our ability subject to the availability of third parties.
Lettings
Applications
- We are accepting applications on properties as normal.
Rent

Rent & Legal Expenses Insurance
- The sale of new rent & legal expenses insurance policies is continuing as normal subject to enhanced underwriting checks.
For Sale/To Let Boards
- Our board erectors are continuing as normal.
